FAQ

What payment methods do you accept?
At this time, I accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and Paypal through the Paypal link.  If you would prefer to pay by check or money order, please email me for additional information.  

When will my item arrive?
I ship USPS First Class.  If you need something more quickly, please let me know before placing your order.  I will ship your order within five days of receipt of payment.  For monogram or custom orders, please allow 10-14 business days for me to make your item.  Thank you for your patience!  

Do you ship internationally?
I do ship internationally, but please be aware of possible delays through customs.  

Do you accept returns?
If you are unhappy about anything related to your purchase, please let me know.  I do accept returns if you notify me within three days for the reason for return.  Items must be mailed back to me within 14 days of receipt.  A refund will be given, less shipping costs.  Unfortunately, custom items are not returnable, but please let me know if you have a concern about any item you purchase.  

Do you gift wrap?  What if I can’t decide what to buy someone for a gift?
Please specify if you are purchasing as a gift and I will include a note to the recipient to let them know the gift is from you.  Our boxes come with a bow, so they are gift-ready!  I also sell gift certificates, so please let me know the amount you would like to include in your certificate.
